  • Yes. Both Life Ready Coaching and Life Rich Coaching are available online. Life Ready Coaching is also offered in person for those in the local area.

  • This varies. Some people work together for a specific season or goal, while others continue longer as their needs evolve. We’ll discuss what makes sense for you once we’ve connected.

  • Life Rich Coaching may include one-off or short-term work depending on fit and focus. Life Ready Coaching is structured around ongoing support to ensure progress and consistency.

  • No. You can train at home, at a gym, or a mix of both. Your program will reflect the equipment you have available.
