  • I do not use one-size-fits-all training. Everything we do is built around your body, your lifestyle, and your goals.
    My approach blends fitness, mobility, nutrition, and mindset so you can feel strong, capable, and ready in real life, not just during workouts. My background as a firefighter also gives me a real-world standard for strength, readiness, and longevity.

  • No. I work with beginners, returning athletes, and people who have been inconsistent for years. Your plan is built around where you are now and progresses at a pace that feels safe and achievable.

  • Yes. Many of the people I work with are dealing with back pain, tight hips, stiffness, old injuries, or mobility limitations. Training is adjusted to your body, and the priority is always safe progress, not pushing through pain.

  • I have lived this myself and rebuilt my health through nutrition, recovery, and lifestyle. You will get support in understanding what triggers inflammation, how to structure meals, and how to improve your energy and recovery.

  • Every part of your plan is created specifically for you: your body, your schedule, your responsibilities, and your goals.

    This is not templated fitness. It is built from the ground up with you in mind.

  • Most clients train between 2 and 4 days per week. Your plan is designed to fit your life, whether you have a home gym, no equipment, or a full gym setup.

  • No. You can train at home, at a gym, or a mix of both. Your program will reflect the equipment you have available.

  • Simple, sustainable, anti-inflammatory principles. No extreme dieting, no strict rules, no counting every calorie. You’ll learn how to fuel your body for strength, energy, and longevity in a way that fits real life.

  • Yes. Many clients lose weight naturally as a result of better movement, stronger habits, and improved nutrition. My goal is long-term health and capability, not quick fixes.

  • Both. Everyday athletes of all backgrounds train with me. The plan is built for the individual, not for a demographic.

  • Absolutely. Many of my clients are in their 40s and 50s and older, want to feel athletic again, improve mobility, reduce stiffness, and build real strength. Age is not the defining factor — your desire to improve is.

  • Whether it is basketball, soccer, running, golf, or anything else, your training will support the demands of your sport, your recovery needs, and your long-term health.

  • Weekly check-ins are short and simple. They keep you accountable and allow me to adjust your plan as your body and life change.

  • You’ll have consistent communication through your coaching platform and check-ins. When needed, we’ll also use video form review or messaging so you feel supported and clear.

  • Yes. Mindset and nervous system regulation are a core part of the process. You’ll learn simple tools for staying grounded, improving focus, and recovering better from both life and training.
